Payment Methods

Safetequip accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment must be paid in full at the time and date of the order.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you order is processed and ready for shipping. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Accounts

If you would like to set up an account with Safetequip, we offer credit terms Net 20 with pre-approved credit applicants. To establish payment terms please fill out the credit application in our download section and email to ar@safetequip.com or give us a call with any questions at (831) 759-2992.

 

Returns-Return Policy

All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Items may only be returned if the item is unused, and/or in its original packaging. We cannot accept any used, dated or opened merchandise and reserve the right to refuse such items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returns Process

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return. To start the return process, please fill out the form so that a RMA# can be obtained and emailed to service@safetequip.com located in the download section. Once your item(s) have been received and processed at our warehouse, a credit will appear depending on method of payment.

Damaged Item - If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact UPS directly.

Order Error - If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
